ZERO LANDFILL MEMPHIS 2016

The 2016 Zero Landfill event for Memphis TN will be April 8/9 & 15/16 this year.

April 8TH and 15TH (both Fridays) will be our drop off days and go from 4pm to 7pm.

The pick-up days will be on April 9TH and 16TH (both Saturdays) from 10am to 2pm. (Note: if you sign up to volunteer on Saturdays, please plan to be there 9:30 before it's open to the public.)

The event will be held at WorkPlace Furniture this year and their address is 6400 Shelby View Drive Suite #109 (right off of Raleigh LaGrange). Please park in the back of the building by their loading docks on days listed for the event.

Thank you so much for deciding to volunteer this year. Remember, volunteers get first pick at the free materials- so please tell your friends to sign up here as well. This is a great opportunity for the community to clean our their finish libraries and get the materials to some great people/organizations instead of a landfill.

We do ask that if you decide to sign up, that you come ready to work. We would love for you to dig through and find what you need to take home, but we have a lot to do in a short amount of time. We also ask that you bring gloves, wear long pants, and sturdy shoes (do not wear any open toe shoes!!!). Please let me know if you have any questions. [email protected]
